If you refer someone to our Services, we may also collect their email address to send a referral or promotional code for sign-up.
When you express interest in our Services or sign up, we require that you provide Contact Information (“Required Contact Information”). However, Personal Information does not include aggregated data that cannot identify individuals or information collected by automated means (detailed below).
b) Transactional Information:

c) Billing Information:
We collect billing details such as customer name, GSTIN, PAN, address, bank details, TDS certificate, and related information to process payments for the Services. When making a payment, you will be redirected to a third-party payment gateway, which may collect billing details like billing name, address, credit card number, card security code, and expiration date (“Billing Information”). Please note that your Billing Information provided to the third-party payment gateway is governed by the privacy policy and terms of use of that third party.
d) Optional Information:
For business entities, we may collect details such as annual revenue, employee count, industry type, or similar data to better tailor our Services. Providing this information is optional unless agreed upon between us.

We do not intentionally collect or process sensitive personal data, such as information about health conditions, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or other sensitive categories. We request that you refrain from providing such information.
• Personal Information: Refers to any data that pertains to a natural person and, either directly or indirectly, when combined with other information available or likely to be available to a corporate entity, can identify that person. This includes details or opinions that reasonably identify you, such as your name, Customer Account details (e.g., username and password), email address, contact number, and full address. Section 3 of this Privacy Policy provides further details on the Personal Information we collect.
• Non-Personal Information: Refers to information related to you that does not personally identify you. This includes data that has been modified through aggregation, anonymization, or de-identification to remove or obscure any Personal Information.

We retain certain information, including personal and financial details provided during account creation, service usage logs, billing and transaction records (including IP addresses and timestamps), to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations and for legitimate business purposes. While you can view, update, or delete some of your account details through Silvernox MyAccount, we may retain a copy of prior versions for our records. (c) Be aware that any content you upload to public online tools like forums, community sites, or social networking platforms will be visible to others. If you don’t want your content to be seen publicly, please refrain from posting it.
The Personal Information we collect is relevant to the purposes for which it is intended. Silvernox takes reasonable measures to ensure that this data is reliable, accurate, complete, and up-to-date for its intended use.
We will retain your Information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services or fulfill the purpose for which it was originally collected, as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

If you wish to cancel your Customer Account or stop receiving our Services, please log in to the Silvernox control panel and submit a request. In response, we will cancel or remove your Information, but may retain and use copies of it as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
